Housing Only

House of Hope Housing LLC provides supportive, independent living environments without medical or personal care—just a place to call home.

Eligibility

Open to seniors, returning citizens, veterans, individuals in transition and others on a case by case basis.

Requirements

Residents must be able to care for themselves, . All residents must: - Respect shared spaces (clean up after themselves) - Follow quiet hours (10PM–7AM) - Prohibit drugs, alcohol abuse, or illegal activity - Pay rent on time

Full kitchen & on-site laundry

No credit or background check

SSI, SSDI, VA, private pay, and agency funds accepted

Must manage your own meds & money

❌ What We NEVER Provide

We do not provide:

Medical/nursing care, therapy, or medication assistance
Meals, transportation, or personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.)
Supervision, case management, or behavioral support
Licensed facility services (we are not an assisted living, nursing home, or healthcare provider)

⚠ Critical Notes:

Residents must be fully independent in all activities of daily living (ADLs).
No staff are present to assist with health, mobility, or personal needs.
Residents may separately hire third-party licensed care providers (at their own expense), but:
- House of Hope does not employ, manage, or endorse these providers.
- All care arrangements are strictly between the resident and the external agency.

Resident Responsibilities

Independence Requirement

All residents must be physically and mentally capable of living without assistance. You are responsible for your own:
Medical care (including medication management & appointments)
Personal hygiene & meals
Transportation
Safety & decision-making
If your needs change, you must secure external support or relocate.
