DISCLAIMER OF SERVICES
House Of Hope LLC is an independent living housing provider
We provide housing only — no care, supervision, or support services.
✅ What We Provide:
- Safe, affordable shared housing
- A community environment
- Basic utilities (as specified in lease)
❌ What We NEVER Provide:
- Medical/nursing care, therapy, or medication assistance
- Meals, transportation, or personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.)
- Supervision, case management, or behavioral support
- Licensed facility services (we are not an assisted living, nursing home, or healthcare provider)
⚠ Critical Notes:
- Residents must be fully independent in all activities of daily living (ADLs).
- No staff are present to assist with health, mobility, or personal needs.
- Residents may separately hire third-party licensed care providers (at their own expense), but:
- House of Hope does not employ, manage, or endorse these providers.
- All care arrangements are strictly between the resident and the external agency.
“Resident Responsibilities”
Independence Requirement
All residents must be physically and mentally capable of living without assistance. You are responsible for your own:
- Medical care (including medication management & appointments)
- Personal hygiene & meals
- Transportation
- Safety & decision-making
If your needs change, you must secure external support or relocate.
Third-Party Caregiver Rules
- Caregivers must sign in/out and follow house rules.
- No overnight caregivers without written approval.
- House of Hope is not liable for caregiver actions.
